145 society members gave requisition letters to call the S.G.M. for starting the redevelopment process of D.S.M. Society.
Members gave suggestions & objections to managing committee to start the redevelopment process.
Agenda was circulated to all the members for the S.G.M. to start the redevelopment process of the D.S.M. society building to be held on 21st April 2024
1st item of the agenda was passed and the members agreed to start the redevelopment process of the society.All other Agendas were also passed.122 members participated in the S.G.M. and 112 members suppoted to start the redevelopment process of the D.S.M Society Building
6 members were elected as the redevelopment committee members and 3 other members were selected as "SPECIAL INVITEES" to take necessary joint decisions about all the important issues of the redevelopment of the Society along with the managing committee.
It was decided that M.C.R.C. group of 20 members ( Managing committee & Redevelopment committee + 3 Special invitees) will select the final P.M.C. after seeing the presentation of the 3 shorlisted P.M.C's.
D.S.M Society website was created and domain name of the website is "deeptishaktimukti.com"
20 Members of the M.C.R.C. group decided to hold the election of the 2 shortlisted P.M.C's on 23/07/2024 to select the final P.M.C.
Total 95 members participated for the P.M.C. voting on 23/07/2024. 70 members voted for Dilip Sangvi Consultants and Dilip Sangvi Consultants was finalised.
M/S Dilip Sangvi Consultants was appointed as P.M.C of D.S.M Society and appointment letter was given to Dilip Sangvi Consultants ON 28/07/2024.
On 07/08/24 the Office Bearers of the Managing Committee ie Mr Taslim Chougle ( Hon. Chairman), Mr Vijay Gautam ( Hon. Secretary), Mr A. Q. Patel ( Hon. Treasurer) has signed the Agreement with P.M.C. M/s Dilip Sanghvi Consultants as per decision taken in a meeting on Sunday 28/07/24 by M.C.R.C. Group Members ( Managing Committee Members + Redevelopment Committee Members + 3 Special Invitees selected by the S.G.M. ).
All the clauses finalised in M.C.R.C. meeting on 28/07/24 has been included in the agreement.
Appointment Letter to M/s Dilip Sanghvi as DSM Society P.M.C. has already been issued.
M/s Dilip Sanghvi Consultants has been asked to start and complete the following work of Phase 1 in one month:-
a) To do the land survey of the building plot.
b) to do survey of 6 flats of society, 2 two bedrooms hall. 2 one bedroom hall with balcony and 2 one bedroom hall without balcony.
c) To prepare FEASIBILITY REPORT about Redevelopment of our D.S.M. Society building where the members will have an idea that in which scheme, how much extra carpet area can be offered by the Developer to 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms.
